Isometric Video Blog Number 2, brings you more hilarity and isometrics insights. Oh and there's a bonus video all the way at the bottom of this page. ;-)

In response to a number of reader’s questions (you can ask you own questions here), this video answers the first 2 question from my recent teleseminar by popular request, and discusses –

What is True Isometric-Tension?

This video log, get's split into 4 parts and covers a number of great questions.

Parts 1 and 2 deal with the question of, "seriously, how effective can an isometric workout be if it only lasts ten minutes?"

Part 2 and 3 deal with the question of "How does one gauge how hard one is working since there are no weights or measurements of strength?"and "It seems so easy to cheat or too difficult to work all the muscles in a given exercise since there are no weights".

Finally in Parts 3 and 4 I cover the question on hard gainers and reveal the secret to building HUGE amounts of muscle FAST!

I’ll have a transcript of all 4 parts to soon, but for now enjoy my mad ramblings. Watch the 4 videos below, and leave your suggestions, requests and feedback below!
