Problem with password to the book

Dear Paul, I've just returned from my vacation and opened the book. I was most surprised to see a message, that my username and password were disabled. At first I thought that it was a problem with my computer, so I logged in again and entered the same username and password - I was told, that registration was successful. But in a couple of seconds I was shown the same message, that my username and password were disabled. Could You help me out, please? Should I send You my username and password? Thank You very much
