Martial Art is a good sports

Now i have seen this martial art technique, before i did not know about anything which is related to that because i never take much interest on it.

Dynamic Strength

There is a DVD/videotape called "Dynamic Strength" by Harry Wong. It's a little difficult to find but it's a kind of "flowing isometrics" geared to Martial Studies.
