I am 84 yrs.old, and in excellent health but have lost a lot of strength and muscle mass due to aging. I have been working out regularly and have recently been trying out static contraction routines because I believe static contraction is a safe and effective method for older people. So far I have approached this rather haphazardly because of a lack of a good guide. Having reviewed your Project Dragon walkthrough, I am convinced Project Dragon is just what I need.
