Exercise routine

Hi Paul

Is it better to do all exercises for a body part everyday, all exercises for all body parts everyday or one exercise per body part for 7 sections everyday?

For example,if there are 7 sections with 6 exercises per section, is it better to finish all 42 everyday, all exercises for 1 section everyday for 7 days(because there are 7 sections)or 1 exercise for every section everyday and complete in 6 days?

I hope u reply this soon

Thanks

Spencer

Hi Spencer,

I've answered this one previously, in the post Rest and Recovery - you can read it here.

If that doesn't clear it up ask your follow up questions there.

All the best,

Paul
