Why I need Project Dragon

by Eric B.

I have been a fitness buff for many years, I work out hard and love it. Isometrics has always been something that has intrigued me.

My wife is currently studying to become a personal trainer which means I have my three little kids to take care of when I get home from work. That is the time I work out and if I can shorten that time and get better results than what I am getting currently that is a double bonus (more time with kids + better body = awesome!). On top of that my wife and I share what we learn about fitness with each other in order to improve as fast as we can. My wife being a trainer implements the things we learn, and Project Dragon would be an invaluable resource for her and a great benefit to the many people she trains.

Thanks for the opportunity and info.
