I think that for what I have found so far,
I am beginning to already see results.
(I'm doing very basic Isometric exercises.)
Maybe I will make a video to show you what
I have done so far.
I would really love to see myself at the
same level of fitness as an Olympic athlete
within a four week period. It would also be
very cool to go to my health education
Professor to show him the results!
