When I first discovered it I thought the same. I was working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer; I knew everything about transforming the human body through exercise. I was wrong.
Before I learned these proven scientific secrets my clients got results but it took time, and a lot of hard work. With todays lifestyles most couldn’t dedicate themselves to the long hours needed to transform their body.
I was working back to back, client after client and when I was done I didn’t want to see another weight or look at another treadmill. So I began looking for a faster way to workout and keep my body in tip top physical condition. I found Isometrics.
In only 7 Weeks with just seconds of exercise I added over 30lbs of lean muscle to my frame while developing incredible strength – in fact I became so strong I can lift a grown man over head with just one arm!
