Fitness Logs are one of the most important tools in transforming your physique and maintaining a strong, healthy body and mind. I’ve kept a fitness log for over 15 years now, detailing my experiments, my progress, results and more. It’s been a wonderfully motivating tool and I’ve learnt an awful lot from it. It’s kept me on track, goal focused and allowed me to see subtle changes I would otherwise have missed, helping me to stay motivated.

In fact fitness logs are so important that it’s one of the first steps I recommend in both my Perfect Body and Project Dragon courses. I’ve published excerpts from my fitness journal in the past, but never a complete edition. Today that changes.

This is the new fitness logs section and it will contain not just MY fitness logs, but hopefully yours too.

I invite all viewers of my website to store their fitness logs here, you can upload images to keep you on track, and accountable, images of your meals, and of course details of your training logs, be you following the free exercises, the Perfect Body Program or Project Dragon. The logs will keep you honest and on focus – they will be a great source of encouragement, support and motivation as we share our successes and setbacks together.

This is going to be a FREE Fitness Logs service to everyone on Isometric-Training.com and it’s simple to get started.

Step 1.

Fill out the form below – this will be your primary page. This page should contain your goals, aspirations, what program, what diet you’re following, your body composition details and any other starting info. You can even upload your before pics. Once I approve it (checking for swearing etc) it’ll be up. You can check out mine for an example.

Step 2.

Adding additional entries is easy – just go to your thread and add a comment. I’d suggest using the date as your title so you and those following your progress can get a clear idea of what’s going on. You can make as many additional comments as you like. Again, check out mine...

You and others can also comment other trainee logs offering advice and encouragement. I’ll over see all the logs personally and keep them clean and friendly, offering my tips and insights too as we go along.

This page will serve as the index to all the training logs and then from each of their pages the comments will be shown.
