Resources and Fitness Reviews - my take on what’s on offer in the health and fitness world. If it’s weight loss workouts, supplements, and incredible e-books I’ll give you the low down here. If it’s worth the money you’ll know and if it’s a rip off designed to part you from your well earned cash I blow the whistle. As a fitness instructor and personal trainer it’s my job to stay well informed and on the cutting edge of the field. I’m no good to my clients, or you, if I don’t know everything there is about the latest fad diet showcased in the popular magazines, or the newest supplement being sold to the unwary.
I’ve read and reviewed dozen’s of on and offline training books, workout guides, and exercise programs. I know what gets results and I know what doesn’t. I’ve read the latest e-books on diet and nutrition form quick and easy books like Bill Philips’ Body For Life to Tom Venturo’s marathon fat loss encyclopaedia Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Review. I’ve trained in bodyweight conditioning the Matt Furey way with Combat Conditioning and I’ve zipped and pulled tight with the Evil Russian Pavel Tsatsouline.
