Started CC and C-Abs in 2009. Felt great esp internally, must be due to the breathing exercises. Then got injured and restarted exercising with weights. While weights do work of course...but i still felt something missing n revert back to CC again. It works...dunno much bout Furey himself but his stuffs bears some merits to me.
