Online Personal Training what's involved? Good question. As I mentioned briefly before, Online Personal Training allows trainers like me to train and help people everywhere in the world. It doesn’t matter anymore that I’m here in little old Ireland and you are in New York, Sydney, Cairo, Hong Kong, Pluto…as long as you have access to an internet connection I can train you. I can now help you get in the best shape of your life no matter where you are, what time it is, and what equipment you have.

Over the next few pages I’m going to introduced you to a whole new world of getting fit and healthy using the latest in technological advances – the internet.

So to answer the question, what’s involved in Online Personal Training?

The quick answer is everything you need to get in great shape, but let’s look at in depth.

Getting in great shape only requires 4 things:

  1. Having an Exercise plan
  2. Having a Nutritional Plan
  3. The motivation to follow it through
  4. Actually doing it. 

Online Personal Training Provides all 4 – lets look at them each below and see how you will easily be able to achieve your goals.

Online Personal Training allows me to help you reach your goals. Using my knowledge and expertise I can design a programme specifically for you. I do this by sending you a detailed questionnaire when you sign up that let’s me figure out exactly what you want to achieve and how you want to do it. This is also an excellent tool for you. This form allows you to make definite goals and take charge of the direction your health takes. As I’m sure you’ve read in my article on motivation the best way to achieve your goals is to make a definite and clear plan, establishing your goals and desires. Once you know where you’re going I can give you the map to take you there.

After I get back your form I design a completely personalised fitness program to ensure you reach those goals and targets. Each program I design is tailor made using my expert knowledge to help you slim down, bulk up, increase your sports performance or anything else for that matter – it’s really up to you. Rest assured there is no goal I have not helped people achieve. With over 14 years experience in the fitness field I know how to get you to yours. You can read more about program design here, and even see a sample program below so you can see exactly how much great information you get. Furthermore each exercise I teach you is filmed and you can watch each one repeatedly. Each high quality video will show how to do every movement - each and every nuance of your exercises shown in crystal clear detail. You can download them and watch them time and again until you are comfortable with the technique shown.

In order to really maximise the benefits of your personalised fitness program I also design complete nutritional templates. Nutrition is very important when trying to result and develop the human body to its best potential, but with I take care of all the hard work for you, counting up the calories and providing a complete week’s menu for each meal. The Motivation part is easy. My programs are always fun and invigorating, and on the off chance I ask you to do an exercise you don’t like, no problem, I can easily change it to something that will be challenging and fun and still get you great results.

Online Personal Training allows me to train you 1-on-1. With my knowledge and expertise I can design the programme that will work for you, the meal plan to back it up, the motivation and encouragement to see it through…all you have to do is do it?
