I borrowed the books from my friend. The exercises work more or less but he provides poor instructions for performing them correctly, and like the above article says, his instructions for workout frequency/structure are terrible.

Don't get me wrong, if you are out of shape and do the basics he suggests every day it will help, but there are better ways of doing it, and I bet if he crammed it into one book people wouldn't be so pissed off about wasting money.
