I have so many "before" shots....

Like most people, I've gained and lost weight over the years as I dabbled in various exercise routines and programs. However, about a year and a half ago, I injured my leg, which has prevented me from doing much exercise at all.

This resulted in substantial weight gain, which I am fighting hard before it really gets out of hand. I find it harder to move and can't even tie my shoes well without puffing.

I am a firm believer in isometric exercises and have been telling me wife forever about it. Of course, she won't believe me till she sees some amazing results. Sadly, it has become something of a joke between the two of us.

Through out the years, whenever I began a new exercise program, I sometimes took before pictures. But here's the problem. I don't have an "after" picture.

With my leg slowly (and I mean slowly) coming back, I need something that is safe while definitely bringing noticeable results. I hope to finally put my wife's smarty-pants comments to rest.

I need your help and I need this program. And as a father expecting our fourth child, I need to be in good shape to set a good example to my kids. Of course, I need to be in good shape if I plan to stick around with them for years to come (my brother died in his mid 20's from a heart attack though he was very fit according to the industry's and medical standards). Having a family, I cannot suffer the same fate for my wife's and kids' sake.
