He's alright!

He's alright Ithink, but some of his pics are hard to follow. He does have good info about some of the mental part of working out and it does get me motivated to want to work out. Now I can't compare it to your product or anyones else's since I don't have them. So it's hard to say his program is great or bad.

There are things I like and don't.

One I don't like is the never ending advertisments of other products you need to get for this or that. This is a free country and you and him can try and make money in how you both see fit.

This is more of a mixed review I guess. ;-)
