Lots of benefits
by: Batman from Isometric Training

Good question. I have whole chapters in some of my advanced isometric programs such as Project Dragon dedicated to how Isometrics and my training methods increase heart health, including but not limited to:

- Increasing Cardiac Reserve capacity
- Decreasing Risk of Heart Attack
- Decreasing Cortisol
- Decreasing total cholesterol
- Increasing good cholesterol

Further, as Isometrics don’t involve movement or weights, they are far safer than any other form of exercise including no heart reflux as caused by other forms of exercise like weight training, Crossfit, etc.

Check out my articles on Blood Pressure for more on this - https://www.isometric-training.com/Isometrics-and-Blood-Pressure.html
