Combat Conditioning is a game changer

I'm consistently amazed at the results of using the exercises in Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey.
Results? you ask..

More energy? Yep.

Greater strength and flexibility?
Uh-huh.

I work a twelve hour night shift. I do 250 Hindu pushups mixed in with another variation and over a 100 Hindu squats, and like magic I'm the Energizer bunny all night long.
