Now, I'm going to share with you how I structure and schedule those types of workouts to produce RAPID, changes in body composition.
I structure my weight loss program Slim in Seconds, in very particular way. Unlike any of my other programs...I split this program into 5 specific workouts. That's it. Just 5 VERY Fast workouts to burn up to 49,000 calories.
There are 2 Lower Body workouts and 2 Upper Body workouts. There is also an interval training and cardiovascular afterburner program for maximum fat erosion. They are to be performed in a very specific sequence - this results in a synergistic and cumulative fat burning experience that produces STUPIDLY effective results. How effective? 14 lbs of fat gone in 7 days effective.
