Question re. Neck Exercise

by Brian

Total newbie here, just started my first week of the course 2 days ago and I have a question regarding the neck exercises. When I perform the exercises, I've noticed that my arms start to tire before my neck muscles do...anyone else experience this?

Hi Brian, great question.

And yes, many beginners have faced that same phenomenon and the why is relatively simple.

Your neck is very strong. It holds up your head every day and a such as a great amount of SO, or endurance fibers in a way than your arms do, so the SO fibers and FIG fibers used to present resistance to the neck fatigue quicker and faster than your neck does.

Keep up the practice, become more used to the contractions and you'll be able to tap into the FG fibers a heck of a lot faster.
