I like the excercises(combat conditioning)but,the price is very high. Alot of stuff on the dvd is not shown properly,or Matt says he will get into more detail in another tape (WTF?).In the combat conditioning tapes,Matt says he did 1000 squats but looked winded doing a little over 100.He doesnt provide good angles.I love the fact that Matt brings the workouts from the old greats like Farmer Burns and the great GAMA.I think if Matt lowered the prices it wouldnt be so bad.
