Hi PaulToday I practicing some isometric leg exercises.It is normal when during some exercises muscles shaking a lot?Today at first time I felt muscle spasm in leg during isometric contraction. Don't you know why please? Can it be for too short recovery? Thanks for your help.Filip Kabat
