I can train for a minimum time for maximum strength

I have been involved in fitness for several years (about 25) I am now 41.

I have tried weights and body callentics and train virtually every day. I keep have to remake my training programme as I keep getting fatigued after a few days or start to ache and get muscle tinges / injuries.

I never seeem to really increase my strength. I always seem to hover around the 60 press ups stage. This means I train for a few days and then have to have a few days off to recuperate. I feel stronger after I have had a few days off but have not gained an increase in strength.

This is why Project Dragon sounds ideal! A system in which I can train for a minimum time for maximum strength and health without having to think about overdoing it and getting injured.

Sounds brilliant!
