I think the book displays some pretty good exercises that, if done seriously, can improve your physique. But he doesn't explain them nicely at all. anyways I'm trying out the book now and I didn't but it(I downloaded it from a torrent site);-P

I’m 57 look at a lot of workouts but take a lot of time and equipment and I feel not practical at all to me that’s my opinion not looking to get big looking
