Well, now you know my goal. I'm 62 with some extra pounds, the consequence of a sedentary profession. If this system helps me reach my goal of 190 lb and 20% body fat, I'm in. The only problem is that I'm currently unemployed and on a very tight budget.

I’m 57 look at a lot of workouts but take a lot of time and equipment and I feel not practical at all to me that’s my opinion not looking to get big looking
