Well...I'm back from my keiko (intense martial arts practice) in Niten Ichi Ryu. It was an remarkable and incredible experience. I got to meet and train some fantastic martial artists and wonderful people to boot. Thank you to Filip Razga for organising the event and the most special thanks to Kajiya Soke and Shuri Sensei for their patient and generous instruction.
