Fitness Motivation Methods.

Wow Jan 2104. I'm very excited. And let me tell you many real ways 2103 was a bad year for me. Despite that I still:

  • Wrote and released my ground breaking and record setting advanced Muscle building program - Maximetrics
  • I wrote and released the Incredibly Powerful rapid body fat blasting - Slim in Seconds
  • I developed the Isometric Mastery Inner Circle, which will soon be celebrating its first year
  • Got a 1989 batmobile
  • Was interviewed by
  • Gave a lecture on the Samurai, Sword and Myth and demo'd Japanese Swordsmanship to over 3,00 attendees at Dublin Comic Con
  • Drove Kitt (from KnightRider)
  • Drove the Back to the Future Delorean
  • Got my 3rd dan
  • Was so proud when 2 of my isometric students Jarrel Lindesy and Chris Long achieved such awesome results and inspired so many that they have launched their own fitness businesses!
  • Had a blast at the Riverdance world record break
  • Got my post grad in Herbal pharmacology
  • Achieved national fame when just under 1 million people saw me on the Late Late show with my wife, Ryan Tubridy, and Hollywood legend Colm Meany.

That's pretty awesome, sure, but nowhere close to even half the AWESOMENESS I can be. I have SO much more planned for, for health and fitness in general and have some incredible things lined up this year for you. Here's a sneak peak -
