Can you believe it? January FLEW by. Blink and you'd miss it. But the question is are you missing a few lbs?

By now, over 99% of those with a fitness resolution have failed. They've gone back to bad diets, wasteful workouts or none at all and they are often far less fit and FAR more flabby.

You can be the exception. You can get in great shape. You can be stronger, slimmer, faster and fitter and you can do it quickly. Hundreds of my clients have, and they are just like you. With one big difference they kept going.

But making this decision, taking those first steps on a journey towards a more awesome you is the hardest part. How do you know which way to go, how do you know if what you are doing is the RIGHT thing to do?

The Dragon Fitness Routine Summary

Over the last few months I've introduced you to the primary routines of the Dragon Fitness Routine. Dragon Nutrition - Habit 2

In my clinic, I teach the 10 nutritional Habits of Dr. John Berardi from his Precision Nutrition course. If you do nothing but apply these ten tips, you will have a thorough understanding of what to eat, when to eat and why; anytime, anywhere and for any physique goal you wish, be it weight loss or weight gain. I cannot stress how highly I recommend that course...

However, as these principals are so utterly crucial, I'd like to spend a chapter going through each one of them with you and helping you to integrate these into your life. I've changed the order around a little and go into some more detail than Dr. Berardi, but here is Habit 2.....

February 7th, 2014 - an attempt to get super detailed feedback on my recovery cycles from my Dragon Strength Routine and Dragon Fitness Training I am submitting myself for daily HRV testing...(Heart Rate Variability...the set up alone for which costs well over $600). Day 1 and the results are already interesting.

My HRV score is 84.8 essentially this indicates a very high level of cardiovascular fitness often associated with Combat Sports (eg high level competitive MMA). My resting heart rate is in the low 50's.

This is another excellent indicator of fitness. I am not surprised by these results....what's surprising is that I achieve these results with the less and 5 minutes of exercise every 2nd or 3rd day.
