Hi, Bruce Lees Workout February 05, 2013 |
Hi,Welcome to 7 Seconds to StrengthBruce Lee's Workout. It's been a while since I sent out a newsletter - there's a few reasons for this - 1) Facebook, I can instantly communicate with my followers, subscribers and those interested in Isometrics in real time. Instant updates and I get to communicate with you directly. If you aren't on my Facebook page - you really should get on it. It's filled with tips, insights, new program info and my own workout progress and details. https://www.facebook.com/IsometricTraining 2) I've been SUPER busy. Not only did I GET MARRIED!!!!!!! I've been working on a brand new program that literally blows the roof off anything I've done before. Now originally I was going to publish this as a new e-book, well I won't be any more - I have something COLOSSAL in mind for this, something I've NEVER done before and something that will revolutionize both Isometric-Training.com and YOUR health, fitness and strength. There will be more on that soon. In the meantime, there's a new article up on Bruce Lee - https://www.isometric-training.com/Bruce-Lee-Workout-Routine.html and some new updates to Isometric-Training.com In the meantime here are some of the major updates from the Facebook Page and if you want to stay in the loop I suggest you LIKE the page ( https://www.facebook.com/IsometricTraining) . ;-) ---------------------- Today - Total workout time: 320 seconds. Total lifted: 18,984 lbs. (Previous wk: 17,331 lbs = up 1,653 lbs). 18,984 lbs = 9.492 TONS. I added a TON to my workout this week...how much did you add? ;-) ---------------------------- Jan 29th - Total workout time - 320 seconds. Total lifted - 17,331 lbs. The conclusions of the study are that only a minimal amount of properly performed isometric exercise resulted in increased strength, weight loss, lower cholesterol and blood pressure readings.
