The difference between diet books and achieving great looks!

Understanding you is crucial if you are to get in the best shape of your life, wouldn’t you agree? I mean, how am I going to write an incredibly effective, fun filled program specifically for you, if I don’t know what your goals are or where you want to be? How can I design a program for you if I don’t know if you want to do bodyweight work, exercise in your local gym, use home equipment or concentrate on your Stability Ball?

First things first, I need to get to know you now, before I can introduce you to who you will be. For that purpose when you sign up I send you a couple of forms designed to give me all the pertinent information I need.

It will only take a few minutes of your time, but it will have a HUGE impact on your life. These forms are designed to cover every aspect of your training program, they are the exact same questions I’d be asking you if we were in my studio right now. Everything I need to know about understanding you is contained in these quick, fun questionnaires.

At the end of it I will know exactly what equipment you have access to, your exact goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, sports specific training, or more, you name I can train it.

Understanding you means I will know your current state of physical health and I’ll set you up and guide you on how to monitor your progress, with the proper measurements and the insiders tips used to accelerate you to peak condition.

If you choose to, I’d also be more than happy to do a full food analysis and take a look at the nutritional side of things. A healthy diet (by the way that doesn’t mean bland, tasteless and boring) is the corner stone of true physical transformation. Using my laser targeted table of questions I can quickly get to the route of your eating patterns and design a healthy balanced nutritious diet for you...including your grocery list.

Finally when you begin your training program I’ll receive constant feedback from you as to your training program and your progress, allowing me to further refine the exercises prescription and shuttle you forward to physical fitness.

I’ll also be in constant email contact with you answering your questions and concerns regarding all your health and fitness questions. Read the latest muscle mag and think their program could be right for you, email me, we’ll go through it together. What about Posh Spice’s latest diet, or the celebrity slimming secrets, do they work or not? I tell you. That’s one of the reason my clients get great results, because I am personally involved in their success, and I will be in yours.
