Isometric Stretching and Flexibility
by: Paul from isometric-training.com

Hi Tom,

It's a good suggestion. In fact I've gone over the subject a few times for my Perfect Body clients, and have an essay prepared for Project Dragon on the topic, but is there somthing specific you had in mind?

You mention not liking the PNF strtches, so what are your goals, what type of flexibility is that you are trying to achieve? That very much dictates the Isometric Stretching and Flexibility that would be needed.

Yours,

Paul
