I'm consistently amazed at the results of using the exercises in Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey.Results? you ask..More energy? Yep.Greater strength and flexibility?Uh-huh.I work a twelve hour night shift. I do 250 Hindu pushups mixed in with another variation and over a 100 Hindu squats, and like magic I'm the Energizer bunny all night long.Kudos to Furey!

I’m 57 look at a lot of workouts but take a lot of time and equipment and I feel not practical at all to me that’s my opinion not looking to get big looking
