Simply Weight Loss

Simply Weight Loss – a statement I hear a lot as fitness instructor and weight loss expert. When I ask clients what they mean by losing weight that’s what I hear – “Simply Weight Loss that’s all I want”. What’s wrong with that?

Losing weight is actually pretty easy it’s just taking in less calories than you use and doing more activity. In order to keep you going your body will feed off your natural reserves and burn off extra tissue. The problem though is that more often than not you body decides to get rid of your very important muscles tissue or water first. So you lose weight, but your still fat…that make sense?

The body just wants it to be simply weight loss – it doesn’t care where that weight comes from too much. The reason it doesn’t take it from your fat stores by the way is because that is your super last resource energy stash. In case their is a sudden famine or plague or you get trapped on a mountain – you body, after it eats all your unnecessary tissue will then tuck into your fat stores in a bid to keep you alive for as long as possible.

But to luck really good in or out of your clothes you need to lose body fat – not weight! Body fat fills in and blurs the natural, lines and curves of our muscles, so whether you area man or a woman you won’t look defined because the fat hides your natural attributes and beauty.

To have a sculpted body and to improve your health dramatically all you need to do is not strive for simply weight loss, but to body fat blasting!

So how do you do it…? Well by eating very tasty food, in the right amounts at the right times. Steamed vegetables, oats, lean meat like succulent steamed chicken …hmmmm….steamed chicken…sorry…got distracted.

You need to understand how many calories you can have and then how much the food you eat represents. If that sounds like a lot of hard work I won’t lie to you, it is. But there is a way around it.
