Project Dragon Case Study 3

My Case Study - From Fat to Fit in 4 Weeks

This is the big one, the most detailed case study to come out in fitness and body transformation since the original Body For Life testimonials. More correctly I should say this is PART of the case study. Because of the size of this study, I’ve broken it down into a series of parts. The first part is available on this page.

Since I released the first 2 case studies I have been flooded with questions for more information. I’ll come to that, but first I want to address the most common questions I was asked in the survey I recently had. Here it is the number one most popular question –

  • How I can get the best results in the fastest time?

This question was asked in one way or another more than any question. People want to know the single quickest way to achieve results, be it to lose fat, gain muscle, improve strength, improve muscle, improve the heart and lungs...it’s all about time.

The second question people asked about most was –

  • How does one successfully trim the tummy?

Belly fat, body fat and overall lack of a trim toned waist line is the second most anxious request...take a look at some of the questions you asked...

This case study, all those questions.

This case study details the first four weeks of my own transformation, the first Project Dragon test. In four weeks, I dropped over 20lbs of fat, I went from obese to healthy, and from a 41 inch waist to 36 inch. And I did it using 5 minutes of exercise.

In this case study you will see weekly pictures of my progress, examples of my weekly training, and heart graphs. You’ll also discover the motivation behind Project Dragon, an insight into what Project Dragon actually involves, and more.

Now...there are also videos to accompany this case study. Over a year ago I filmed myself logging in every week as I shared this with my personal training and inner circle members they’ll be posted in the next few days in the video blog section and you’ll see the original footage all this is based on.
